Cicily Bridal Hosts Our Autumn Accessory Evening
The art of the ‘perfect’ outfit is in the detail.
We all know what the pressure is like when choosing our accessories to create the perfect ‘look’. It could be for a night out with the girls, an interview or a first date. What we choose to wear is reflective of how we feel in that sartorial moment in time and when we get it right…… well, you know the feeling. We walk taller, we feel slimmer and my God do we work it!
So, if you multiply that pressure by a million only then will you come close to understanding what a bride feels like when trying to choose her wedding accessories!
Does wearing a veil enhance her dress or is it over the top? Should her choice of earrings be a dropper or a stud? Does the neckline of her dress allow her to wear a necklace or should she wear a back necklace? Should she wear sparkle or pearl or even porcelain? Will a belt be too much with the detail of her dress? Shoes….. don’t get me started on the wedding shoe choices brides have to face!
And that’s just the tip of the wedding accessory choice iceberg!
Team Cicily completely understand the minefield that wedding accessories can be when a bride is trying to achieve perfection and the WOW factor. So to help with the decision making we have decided to host another one of our favourite events – our Autumn Accessory Evening!
The event will showcase extended collections from our very favourite accessory designers – Marie Canning, HM Veils, Florence Shoes and Harriet Wilde. The lovely Debbie Carlisle will be here (in person!) with her new collection of head pieces, belts and cuffs to guide you through your styling choices.
It really is a lovely event. Beautiful accessories in our beautiful boutique surrounded by beautiful brides. Just Beautiful!!
