You can return an item for a refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order from us. You will need to notify us by email via email@example.com. Please provide us with your order number in the email. This cancellation policy is within the THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS.
The item must be in original, unworn condition with ALL tags intact and in its packaging. Please try your items on carefully because we cannot accept returns on items we consider not to be in their original condition and, therefore, will not be refunded. Unfortunately for hygiene purposes we are unable to accept earring returns.
To return your item please use the returns label on your dispatch note in your parcel. We do not offer pre-paid returns so we strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for any items that do not reach us if they have not been sent via a tracking service.
Postage costs on returned items are non-refundable.
We do not offer exchanges but this does not affect your Statutory Rights. Faulty items will be refunded or exchanged and postage will be refunded. Standard tracked delivery fee only.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item back and we consider a refund eligible. Your refund will be paid back onto the method you used to pay.
